We currently have two different types of products. The first avenue is the acquisition of pre-existing single family units which are either three or four bedroom and feature two bathrooms. The second avenue is through new construction of customized three and four bedroom homes which also feature at least two bathrooms. Apex will be specifically customizing homes for people with disabilities upon request. Some of our homes are wheelchair assessable with roll in showers, ramps and other amenities.
